I am  Jason Pace, I was  born in the gastronomic island of Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean.  I  traveled to Australia at the age of 7 yrs and moved around a bit as a kid as my dad worked in foreign affairs. I guess my love of food and travel have their basis in my early years.  I went on to study medicine and later Psychiatry and have been working as a private psychiatrist for about 14 years. I now live in Sydney Australia where we are blessed with great weather, a beautiful harbour and cranky drivers. I am married to beautiful, talented and tolerant Celia and we have three teenage/ tween-age children. This is my first blog and I don’t really know what I am doing but hope to learn a  lot along the way.
